I made this purchase back in March. Was told a few days after paying nearly $2000 for my furniture that the warehouse doesn't have the furniture in stock, despite the little green circle that says "in stock". They delayed my furniture shipping until June, I decided to wait. I received messages confirming my shipping date was still set for June. A few days prior to the 15th of June, I sent a message to Jerome asking if we were still good for the furniture to ship on time, he said yes! NOPE! I received another email saying its been further delayed, and to expect my furniture to be shipped in August! Dont order from here. They are quick to get your money, not so quick to deliver your product. 1 5
Do not buy this! It is horrible. It’s one of those mattresses that come rolled up and after it unrolled and sat for 48hrs it was still pretty flat and it is not a queen. It’s very uncomfortable. I see positive reviews and I do not want anyone to fall for them like I did. The top and bottom of the mattress slope down. It’s just horrible. 2 5

These people are very unprofessional. I ordered furniture set in December and still haven't received it. They keep giving me a different date as to when I will receive the items every time I called. Every time I try to call, they put me on hold, when they finally answer, they keep changing their story. I finally received an email stating that the furniture would be delivered to me the next business day, I even received a confirmation text message. I waited for hours that day and didn't hear from them; tried to call, they did not pick up. The status is still unknown as of today. While the furniture may be cheaper on their website, I would rather pay a little extra to get it somewhere else. Unless someone wants to be in my current situation, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD FROM ONLINE SHOPPING!!! 5 5

We honestly love everything about this bedroom set, the price, the look, the color and the solid construction. The only complaint I have is that I wish the description was clear about it being a King size bed....its actually a CALIFORNIA KING....so we have about a 4 inch gap between my mattress and the headboard so my pillow keeps falling thru. One suggestion I have (especially if space is a concern for you) is that you add 4 inches to the length of the bed because the headboard curves back at the top of the headboard which keeps you from placing it flat against the wall so it will stick out a little farther than expected. We also added another nightstand (only comes with 1) and 2 of the chests and we have a full bedroom set that has an antique look with a modern color and tons of drawers. 5 5

The furniture has a nice look and is overall a purchase we feel really good about. I knocked a star for quality and assembly. I am glad we paid a little extra for their people to do the assembly but I dread the day we need new floors or decide to move because the bed takes a lot of disassembly to move. Quality is overall ok. The materials aren't oak or cedar but they fit the budget we had. The big drawback are that the drawers tend to stick and not pull out very far so I may upgrade the drawer slides myself in the future. 1 5

We purchased this canopy bed along with the Man's Chest and love love love the look of both. However the chemical off gassing smell from the material and finish is overwhelmingly strong. We were also disappointed with the base of bed design with all the little wooden leg supports that run in 4 rows along the width of the bed for support. After it was delivered and set up I found several of the the little wooden feet were crooked not supporting properly. The design seemed a bit janky but perhaps that is the quality for the price point. But we Love the look of both. The man's chest has lots of drawer and shelf storage. 4 5

The table is sturdy and beautiful but they used a paper thin laminate that chips, peels, scratches, and stains easily.If you want it for a showpiece it will be fine. If you plan to actually use it don’t buy it. We bought ours from Raymour and Flanigan fortunately we bought the care package. We had the repair service out twice and they finally replaced the tabletop. We used a tablecloth and placemats right from the beginning but the laminate is so delicate that we were unable to avoid damage to it.

I am writing this review with mixed feelings. The order process, the communication, the delivery and the price of this piece were all pretty good. The piece itself is very nice, perfect side piece for dining room. The big disappointment is the color of the wood. It is not at all a rich auburn color as claimed. It is a very dark mahogany color that makes the piece appear to be very dated. It does not blend with our existing dining room furniture that is a warm rich color wood with golden undertones. I am so upset due to the long wait to receive the furniture. Unclear as to what we are going to do... 4 5

The furniture is beautiful - very rich looking, heavy, and well made. The color is exactly as shown on the website - the only caution I offer is to make sure that the bed is assembled carefully and by someone who knows what they are doing or the storage drawers will drag and require significant adjustment. We had our assembly done via the "white glove" service, and it took 2 trips out for our techs to get the bed set up properly (an issue with the assemblers, not the furniture manufacturer.) 5 5
